Cauliflower Soup

2 c. | cauliflower florets |
4 | celery ribs, diced |
3 | carrots, chopped |
1 can | cream of chicken soup, undiluted |
1 c. | milk |
4 oz. | Velveeta cheese, cubed |
1/4 tsp. | salt |
1/2 tsp. | pepper |
paprika |
Steam cauliflower, celery and carrots for 10 minutes or until crisp-tender. Cook soup and milk for 5 minutes in large saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Stir in cheese until melted. Add steamed vegetables, salt and pepper; cook until thoroughly heated. Sprinkle with paprika.
