Bruschetta:
    1 loaf  sliced sour dough baguette, (you can toast in the oven if you want but, I don't do that)
    1  red pepper
    1  yellow or orange pepper
1 very large onion
    1 package  Gambazola cheese, (room temperature)
    1 package  Gorgonzola cheese,, (room temperature)
      Olive oil
      salt
      pepper to taste

Thinly slice peppers & onion and saute in frying pan in hot olive oil until onions are carmalized and veggies are very limp - salt & pepper to taste. Takes a little bit of time. Remove peppers/onion from pan into a bowl to cool, so that you can handle without burning yourself. I use a fork to spread mixture on bread.
Spread softened Gambazola on each slice of bread, add peppers & onions, then top with a few crumbles of Gorgonzola.
