Chocolate chip Bar Cookie

| 1 1/4 cup(s) | quick oats |
| 1/2 cup(s) | butter |
| 1/2 cup(s) | brown sugar |
| 1/2 cup(s) | white sugar |
| 1 large | egg |
| 1 tsp | vanilla |
| 1 cup(s) | flour |
| 1/2 tsp | soda |
| 1/4 tsp | salt |
| 1 cup(s) | semi sweet chocolate chips |
| 1 cup(s) | milk chocolate chips |
Put oats in food processor and process until finely chopped. Beat butter,
sugars, add egg and vanilla
Combine flour, soda and sale,stir in chopped
oats. Add dry to butter misture. Stir to blended. Stir in chips. Drop
mounds of dough over entire surgace of greased 151/2 x101/2x1 in. pan.
Use fingers to press dough evely into pan. Bake at 350 for 13-15 min.
until golden around edge. Cool in pan 15 min. Cut into bars and let
cool. 40 bar cookies.
