Ingredientes
Arroz 200 g
Agua caliente 480 cc
Atún ahumado en lata 240 g
Jitomates c/n
Verduras congeladas mixtas 250 g
Perejil c/n
Tomates cherry c/n
Remojar el arroz en agua hirviendo durante 10.
Hornear en microondas el arroz remojado y escurrido en agua, durante 14.
Mezclar el atún con el jitomate picado y las verduras.
Poner la mitad del arroz cocinado en el fondo de un molde.
Encima, disponer la mezcla del atún.
Arriba, colocar el resto del arroz. Apretar bien la mezcla.
Hornear en microondas durante 4 minutos y desmoldar. Adornar con perejil y jitomates cherry.
