| Ingredientes Queso chedar 360 g Claras 6 Harina 5 cdas Polvo para Hornear c/n Sal y pimienta c/n Pan molido c/n Aceite para freír c/n Mayonesa 250 g | |

Ajo 1/2 diente
Salsa de soja 1/2 cdita
Mezclar el queso con las claras de huevo batidas a nieve, harina, polvo de hornear, sal y pimienta. Dejar reposar en la heladera.
Formar bolitas y pasar por pan molido.
Freír las bolitas de queso. Mezclar mayonesa con kétchup, ajo y salsa de soja hasta formar una salsa. Servir las volutas junto con la salsa.
