| 1 1/2 lbs | beef sirloin steak in strips or cubes |
| 1/4 cup | soy sauce |
| 2 | green onions finely chopped |
| 2 cloves | garlic minced |
| 2 Tbs | sugar |
| 2 Tbs | sesame oil |
| 2 Tbs dry sherry -(can substitute for 1 Tbs vinegar + 1Tbs water + 1 tsp sugar) | |
| 1/8 tsp | pepper |
1. Place cut meat into shallow pan
2. Mix marinade ingredients together
3. Pour marinade over beef and let stand for 1 hour at room temperature (turn once
