Bran muffins - refrigerator

l bran | |
3 cup(s) | sugar |
1 cup(s) | vegetable oil |
4 | eggs, beaten |
1 litre | buttermilk |
5 cup(s) | flour |
3 tbsp | baking soda |
1 tbsp | salt |
Cream the sugar, oil and eggs. Add the buttermilk to the bran and water.
Then add this to the creamed mixture. Sift the flour, soda and salt.
Fold into the liquids. Chill one day before baking. Add raisins at any
point - or nuts. Will keep for 6 weeks in fridge. Bake at 425 for 15-20
