3 tbsp | cocoa |
1/2 cup(s) | milk |
1/3 cup(s) | sugar |
3 | eggs, (separated) |
3/4 cup(s) | sugar |
1/2 cup(s) | butter |
1 large | whipping cream |
1. Mix cocoa egg yolk, 1/2 c. sugar, milk in saucepan and whisk. Cook
until thick. Cool
2. Cream butter and sugar. Add to choc. mix. Add
vanilla and stiffly beaten egg whites. Mix with chocolate. Tear up
sponge cake in dish. Pour choc. mix on that. Harden in fridg. Wh. cream
on top. Decorate with nuts and cherries. Put in long dish and cut into
slices. Serves 8
