Ice Cream-Strawberry Shortcake

1 pint | vanilla ice cream |
1 cup | sliced strawberries |
2 TBS | strawberry jam |
1 1/2 cup | crumbled pound cake |
1 cup | crumbled meringue cookies |
Cut ice cream into chunks.
Fold all ingredients into ice cream.
Place in freezer to firm up about 30mins to 2hrs. Crunchy ingredients should soften.
