Vegetable Marinated Italian Veggie Platter

6 oz can | large pitted black olives |
Broccoli, cut into florets | |
Cauliflower cut into florets | |
Mushrooms | |
1 can | artichoke hearts |
MARINADE | |
1/3 cup | vinegar |
2/3 cup | veggie oil |
3 T | lemon juice |
1/2 cup | sugar |
1 tsp | salt |
1/2 tsp | pepper |
dash | tabasco |
Mix all together, pour over veggies
Refrigerate for 1/2 hour and serve drained on platter
