Antipasto Salad
    1/4 lb  Italian beef
    1/4 lb  ham
    1/4 lb  salami
      Cheese, bite sized chunks (Swiss, monterey jack, cheddar, feta)
Roll each slice of meat. Cut into bite size pieces. Add cheeses Add as you prefer:
    1 large  giardenara, with liquid
      Pitted green olives
      Pitted black olives

Pepperoncini, drained- optional
