Iron Skillet Apple Pie

| Iron skillet apple pie | |
| 1/2 stick | butter |
| 1/2 cup | brown sugar |
| Melt butter in skillet, add brown sugar and stir a few minutes till well mixed. Place one crust on this. 4 peeled and diced granny smith apples | |
| 1 cup | sugar- use less if sweeter apples are used |
| 1/2 tsp | cinnamon |
| 2 | pie crusts, unbaked |
Place apples on bottom crust. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Add top crust. Cut vents in crust. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake 40-45 min til golden brown. Delicious!!
