Dash | salt |
2/3 c. | Sugar |
1 (1 1/3 oz.) can | coconut |
Beat egg whites with vanilla and salt until soft peaks form. Gradually add sugar; beat until stiff but not dry. Fold in coconut. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes. Immediately place on rack to cool.
