1 gallon 1/2 | half and half |
1 1/2to 2 cups | sugar |
1 can | Eagle Brand Milk |
1 can | Pet or Carnation Milk |
1 to 1 1/2 teaspoons | Mexican Vanilla |
5 eggs beat before putting in and if cooking for awhile put eggs in after removing from stove and has cooled a bit.
**can cook on medium for a bit if desired to remove some water which helps to make thicker or just put in ice cream maker and start it.
