1/4 tsp | celery salt |
1/4 tsp | pepper |
1/2 cup | uncooked rice |
1 | beaten egg |
1 tbs | chopped onion |
1 pt | tomatoes or juice |
Fork I to balls. Place 2 tb grease in a hot skillet and brown meat on all sides. Combine 1 pt canned tomatoes or juice. Cover and cook 1 1/2 hrs in oven or stove.
