Grilled salmon w gingery cucumber salad

1 T | grated ginger |
2 T | honey |

1/4 Visalia onion | |
4 | radishes |
3 T | soy sauce |

Grill 5 mins. Turn & grill, basting w sauce until opaque - 5-6 min. ( 3 T soy, 1 T honey)
Combine vinegar, honey, and S&P. Add cucumber, onion, radishes. Toss to combine let set 10 min.
