Chili-Rubbed BBQ Pork Tenderloin

2 pieces | whole pork tenderloin, (cleaned wi/ silver skin removed) |
2 Tablespoons | chili powder |
2 teaspoons | ground cumin |
1 teaspoon | granulated garlic |
1/2 teaspoon | paprika |
1/4 teaspoon | granulated onion |
2 teaspoons | salt |
1 teaspoon | ground black pepper |
2 Tablespoons | vegetable oil |
1 cup | Blue Smoke Kansas City BBQ sauce |
use medium heat
mix all dry ingredients together and rub on pork tenderloins
grill 15 minutes, turning frequently or until 140* internal temperature
the last minute baste with BBQ sauce - careful not to burn
let rest 5 minutes then cut into 1/2" slices and serve
