    2 c.   flour
3 Tb.  mocha-flavored instant cappuccino powder
    1/2 tsp.  baking powder
    1/2 tsp.  baking soda
    1/2 tsp.  salt
    1 c.  unsalted butter , melted
    2/3 c.  sugar
1/2 c.  firmly packed brown sugar
    1 large  egg
    1 tsp.  vanilla
    1/2 c.  semisweet chocolate morsels

    Mocha Glaze:
    1/3 c.  heavy whipping cream
1 Tb.  mocha-flavored instant cappuccino powder
    2 Tb.  sugar
    1/2 c.  semisweet chocolate morsels

    1/2 c.  chopped hazelnuts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 9" square pan. In a medium bowl, combine flour, cappuccino powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In a medium bowl, beat butter, sugar, and brown sugar at medium speed with an electric mixer until creamy. Add egg and vanilla; beat until smooth. Gradually ad dry ingredients, beating at low speed for 30 seconds, or just until moistened; beat at medium speed until well blended. Stir in chocolate morsels. Press batter into prepared pan. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan on wire rack for 10 minutes. Remove from pan and cool completely on a wire rack. Using a 2" round cutter, cut blondies in rounds or cut into 2x2" bars. Spread Mocha Glaze evenly over blondies, and sprinkle with hazelnuts; let glaze set for 30 minutes.

For Glaze: In a small microwave-safe bowl, combine cream, cappuccino powder, and sugar. Microwave on HIGH in 30-second intervals until melted (approximately 1 1/2 minutes total), stirring until smooth. Add chocolate morsels and stir until melted. Cool for 5 minutes, or until slightly thickened.
