Pulled Pork Tacos (crock pot)

2 cups | salsa |
2 tablespoons | chili powder |
2 tablespoons | dried oregano |
2 tablespoons | unsweetened cocoa powder |
salt to taste | |
1 2 lb pork tenderloin Small whole wheat soft taco shells | |
2 cups | red cabbage |
2 cups | shredded Mexican blend cheese |
1 cup | sour cream |
Directions
combine the pork tenderloin salsa, chili powder, oregano, cocoa, and salt in crock pot. Cover pork with the sauce.
Cook on low for 8 hours.
When cooked shred the pork and stir into the sauce. Serve with the tortillas, sour cream, shredded cabbage, and cheese.
