Angel Cake

1 cup | plus one egg white |
pinch | salt |
1 tsp | cream of tartar |
1 1/2 cup(s) | fine sugar |
1 cup(s) | cake flour |
1/2 tsp | baking powder |
1 tbsp | vanilla |
1 tbsp | almond flavouring |
Add salt to whites and beat to foamy. Add cream of tartar and beat to
stiff. Fold in sugar 2 Tbsp. at a time. Fold in flour and baking fowder
sifted. Put in slowly. Stir in flavouring. Bake at 350 for 45 - 50 min.
