Buttery Garlic-Herb Rolls

1/2 c. | butter , melted |
1 Tb. | minced garlic |
1 Tb. | Italian seasoning |
1/2 tsp. | garlic salt |
1/2 (3 lb.) pkg. | frozen white dinner-roll dough, (18 rolls), thawed |
Combine 1st 4 ingredients. Cut each roll in half; roll each half on a lightly floured surface to form 2" circles. Brush tops of dough circles generously with butter mixture (reserve about 1/4 of mixture to brush tops at end). Fold each in half (butter side on the inside of fold) and place on a greased, foil-lined jellyroll pan (arrange 4 rows of 9). Brush with remaining butter mixture. Cover and chill overnight (or baked immediately...let rolls rise in a warm place 35-45 minutes or until doubled in size and then bake.) Let dough rise covered in a warm place 35-45 minutes or until doubled in size. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until golden.
