BAVARIAN CREAM

· 250 grs milk
· 200 grs sugar
· 7 gelatin leaves ( 20 grs)
· 500 grs Fromage Blanc
· 500 grs whipped cream
Soak gelatin in cold water
Boil milk and sugar, then add gelatin
Let cool and refrigerate
Melt milk mix over low flame, whisking constantly
Add Fromage blanc (whisking), then fold in the whipped cream
Very important: Before starting to do the cream, make sure that sponge is already sliced and strawberries cut
