BBQ Crock Pot Shredded Chicken

3 Large | Chicken Breasts or more |
1 cup or so | BBQ sauce |
1/2 cup or so | Italian seasoning |
2 tablespoons | worchester sauce |
Put Chicken in Crockpot. You can mix the liquid ingredients before you add to crockpot, or just throw it all in the pot together. Cook for about 4 to 5 hours on high. I used frozen chicken breast. Cook time was a total of 6 hours.
Shred chicken around the 4 to 5 hour mark. Add about 2 tablespoons of the juice from the sauce to about 2 tablespoons of cornstarch in a small bowl. This will help thicken the juices in the pot. Cook about another hour or until it looks done.
