Adapted from the All You Magazine June addition
    3 Large  Chicken Breasts or more
    1 cup or so  BBQ sauce
    1/2 cup or so  Italian seasoning
    2 tablespoons  worchester sauce, (you can get this super cheap right now too)

Put Chicken in Crockpot. You can mix the liquid ingredients before you add to crockpot, or just throw it all in the pot together. Cook for about 4 to 5 hours on high. I used frozen chicken breast. Cook time was a total of 6 hours.

Shred chicken around the 4 to 5 hour mark. Add about 2 tablespoons of the juice from the sauce to about 2 tablespoons of cornstarch in a small bowl. This will help thicken the juices in the pot. Cook about another hour or until it looks done.
