| 1 (15 oz.) pkg. | Oreo cookies |
| 1/3 c. | butter |
| 1/2 gallon | vanilla ice cream |
| 2 c. | salted peanuts |
| 2 c. | powdered sugar |
| 1/2 c. | butter |
| 1 (12 oz.) can | evaporated milk |
| 2/3 c. | chocolate chips |
| 1 tsp. | vanilla |
Crush Oreos. Melt butter and combine with Oreos. Put in bottom of a 9x13 pan. Press down. Soften ice cream and spread on top of crust. Sprinkle with peanuts. Put in freezer.
In a saucepan combine powdered sugar, butter, evaporated milk, chocolate chips and vanilla. Stir and boil 8 minutes til it thickens. Cool until lukewarm and then spread over peanuts and freeze. Store in freezer.
