Amici Pasta your favorite pasta (I like angel hair or penne for this one)
      olive oil
      red pepper flakes
thawed veggie sausage patties
      peas
      parmesan cheese
      garlic cloves

Bring a salted pot of water to boil with two garlic cloves per person in it. Add pasta and cook til al dente. Meantime, in saute pan, add about 1/4 cup good extra virgin olive oil over medium heat. Add in red pepper flakes and bite-sized veggies sausage patties (I cut each one up into about 9 pieces), saute for 5 minutes. Figure two patties per person. Drain the pasta and garlic cloves, and add to saute pan. Mix in the peas (1 cup per person) and grate some parmesan over it; toss all ingredients together. Serve and top each with more parmesan. Yummy!
