Poppy Seed Chicken

2-3 | chicken breast, cooked & cut into cubes |
2 cans | cream of chicken soup |
1 - 16 oz. | Sour cream |
Rice cooked | |
Topping 1 stack Ritz crackers | |
2 tbs. | Poppy seeds |
1/4 c. | Butter, melted |
Mix chicken, soup, and sour cream. Put rice in bottom of pan. Top with chicken mixture. Mix together topping ingredients and sprinkle over the top. Bake at 350* for 30 minutes.
You can also cook the chicken without the rice and let people top their own rice.
