5 teaspoon | SALT |
3 TBL 1 tsp | baking powder |
3 TBL 1 tsp | baking soda |
5# | nonfat yogurt |
10 | eggs |
3 TBL | vanilla extract |
2 1/2 CUPS | oil |
1 1/4 CUP | lemon juice |
1/2 CUP | lemon zest |
COMBINE ALL DRY INGREDIENTS. COMBINE ALL WET INGREDIENTS AND ZEST. ADD WET TO DRIES AND MIX JUST UNTIL COMBINED.
MAY ADD PEACHES, BLUEBERRIES, STRAWBERRIES, RASPBERRIRES, CRANBERRIES, MANGO, ETC ... TOP WITH GRANOLA. BAKE @ 350 DEGREES FOR 40 - 45 MINUTES.
