    6# 4 oz  FLOUR
    4# 6 oz  SUGAR
    5 teaspoon  SALT
    3 TBL 1 tsp   baking powder
    3 TBL 1 tsp   baking soda
    5#  nonfat yogurt
    10  eggs
    3 TBL  vanilla extract
    2 1/2 CUPS  oil
    1 1/4 CUP  lemon juice
    1/2 CUP  lemon zest

COMBINE ALL DRY INGREDIENTS. COMBINE ALL WET INGREDIENTS AND ZEST. ADD WET TO DRIES AND MIX JUST UNTIL COMBINED.
MAY ADD PEACHES, BLUEBERRIES, STRAWBERRIES, RASPBERRIRES, CRANBERRIES, MANGO, ETC ... TOP WITH GRANOLA. BAKE @ 350 DEGREES FOR 40 - 45 MINUTES.
