Italian lasagna (no boil)

1/2# | hamburger |
1 cup | onion |
2 | garlic cloves |
2 tsp | sugar |
1 tsp | salt |
1 1/2 | basil leaves |
1/2 | fennel seed |
1/8 tsp | pepper |
1 28 oz tomatoes 2 6 oz tomato paste | |
1 | egg beaten |
1 15 oz cottage cheese | |
1 tbl | parsley flakes |
1/2 tsp | salt |
1 # | mozzarella cheese |
3/4 cup | Parmesan cheese |
Cook sausage, hamburger, onion and garlic clove. Drain and rinse.
Add next seven ingredients and simmer for 20 minutes. Meanwhile combine cottage, egg, parsley, and salt. In bottom of lasagna pan start with sauce the raw noodles, sauce, cottage cheese, Parmesan, and mozzarella cheese. Cover with foil.
Bake 375 oven for 55 minutes remove foil and add mozzarella cheese bake uncovered for 5 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
