450 gr | Sugar |
590 gr | Yolks |
120 gr | Sugar |
640 gr | Butter |
1500 gr 70% | chocolate |
Melt chocolate and butter. Whip yolks and sugar. Make a merigue. Slowly add chocolate and butter to yolks. Fold in merigue. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
