| 1500 gr | Egg Whites |
| 450 gr | Sugar |
| 590 gr | Yolks |
| 120 gr | Sugar |
| 640 gr | Butter |
| 1500 gr 70% | chocolate |
Melt chocolate and butter. Whip yolks and sugar. Make a merigue. Slowly add chocolate and butter to yolks. Fold in merigue. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
