Jumbo chocolate chip cookies

| 3 1/4 cups | flour |
| 1 cup | cake flour |
| 1 tsp. | Baking powder |
| 1 tsp. | Baking soda |
| 1 1/4 cups | sugar |
| 1 1/4 cups | brown sugar |
| 1 1/2 cups | butter, (softened) |
| 2 | eggs |
| 1 tbl. | Vanilla |
| 1 (12oz) pkg. (2cups) | chocolate chips |
Instructions:
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda and set aside.
Combine sugars butter. Beat at medium speed until creamy, 2 to3 minutes.
Add egg and vanilla and continue for 1 minute.
Reduce speed, add flour mixture and beat until well mixed, about2 to3 minutes. Stir in chips. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking cookie sheet. Bake10 to. 14 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
