| Chopped onion | |
| 8 oz | uncooked egg noodles |
| 1 can | beef consumme |
| 1-1 1/2 tsp | salt |
| Pepper | |
| 1/4 cup | wine |
| 1 cup | sour cream |
Lay hamburger with chopped onion and add noodles, beef consumme, and one can of water. Add salt and dashes of pepper, then wine. When noodles are cooked, turn off heat and add sour cream.
