1/2 lb | butter |
margarine, alternative | |
1 lb | powdered sugar |
2 cups | extra crunchy peanut butter |
3 cups | rice krispies |
Mix first theree ingredients. Add rice krispies and mix well. Shape into balls. Cool in rrefrigerator.
Melt 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips alone with 1/2 slab (1/8 lb) paraffin, in double boiler. Dip balls with spoon and put on wax paper-lined pans. Put in fridge to harden. Makes about 70.
