Milk Chocolate Panna Cotta

| 946 ml | cream |
| 1 | vanilla bean |
| 340 gr | milk chocolate |
| 15 gr | rum |
Warm milk and cream with vanilla bean. Bloom gelatin. Strain liquid over gelatin and chocolate. Add rum at the end.
