Coconut Cake Filling

2.5 quarts | cream |
4 cups | snowflake coconut |
12 | gelatine sheets |
1.5 cans | coco lopez |
2 T. | Malibu rum |
1 T. | Vanilla extract |
Whip cream. Warm a quarter of the coco lopez and melt the gelatine to it. once completely melted add the rest of the coco lopez to it. Add rum and vanilla. Fold into whipped cream when cool. Fold in coconut.
