2.75 ounces | butter, cream together |
1 | egg, add with zest |
1 | lemon, zested |
16 oz | bread flour |
.5 ounces | yeast |
10 ounces | buttermilk |
3.5 ounces | sugar |
.5 ounce | cinnamon |
paddle until ball forms. dough hook 10 min on medium. proof 2 hrs. shape. proof until doubled in size. can proof in fridge. multiply by 4 will equal approx 120 pieces. 8x20=too big!!
