    1 1/2 lb.  NY Strip Steak
    1 1/2 teaspoon  McCormick Grill Mates Montreal Steak Seasoning
    1 teaspoon  fennel seeds
    1 tablespoon  Bertolli Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1. Preheat large drill pan on medium-high 2-3 minutes. Cut steak into four port
Ions; coat both sides of steaks with seasonings.
2. Place oil in pan, then add steaks; cook 3-4 minutes on each sides or until 145 degrees (for medium-rare). Let stand 5 minutes; serve.
