Barramundi fish tacos

Season a five oz barramundi fillet with once pinch of salt, pepper, cumin and chili powder. Grill or sauté in 1 tsp olive oil over medium heat for 5 min. Flip and cook for two more min. Serve in corn tortilla with chopped tomatoes, shredded cabbage, fresh cilantro and lime juice, avocado. |
