<RecipeText>DIRECTIONS
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Coat 2 baking sheets with cooking spray.
In a large bowl, combine the brownie mix and bran. Add the orange juice and coconut extract and stir to combine. Drop the dough by rounded teaspoons onto the prepared baking sheets.
Bake for 12 minutes. Remove to a rack to cool. Lightly dust with confectioners&apos; sugar, if using.
