Spicy Brown Sugar Chicken

5 Lb | whole chicken, chicken tenders |
3/4 Cup | Butter,, (Melted) |
3/4 Cup | Brown Sugar |
1/2 Cup | Dion Mustard |
1 Teaspoon | Salt |
2 Tablespoons | Marsala |
3 Tablespoons | garlic paste |
3 Tablespoons | crushed ginger |
1/2 of an orange
1. Preheat the oven to 145 degrees or in case of chicken tenders wait till step 4.
2. Melt the butter in the microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds and add the brown sugar while butter is still hot. Then combined the dion mustard, salt, marsala, garlic paste and crushed ginger. Stir constantly until the sauce is completely mixed together.
* remember to pour some sauce on the side for dipping sauce
3. Pour remaining sauce over whole chicken and baste every 15 minutes once in the oven. Cook for 20 minutes per pound.
4. For chicken tenders cover each side with remaining sauce and cook on the grill. Continue to coat each side with the sauce until fully cooked.
5. Squeeze fresh orange juice over chicken before serving. Dip in sauce for full satisfaction.
