    1 pkg  kelp noodles per person
- prepared w 1/2-1 lemon, juice & 1 tsp salt per pkg - drain off lemon juice & salt. Want pretty dry Sauce mix in blender until smooth:
    2 c  Peanuts, soaked 4 hrs or almond butter
    1/4-1/2 c  soy or tamari
    1/2-1 c  Olive oil or sesame oil or coconut or oil choice or combo
    4 tbs  honey
A few dates or preferred sweetener About 2"-3" Ginger 1/2-1 jalepeno pepper 2-3 lemons juiced
    1 tsp  garlic powder
    1/2 tsp  onion powder
    4 cloves  fresh garlic peeled
***sauce should be slightly sweeter than you think as it loses some sweetness when tossed In large bowl mix the salad by hand:
      Mixed greens
Cilantro chopped Prepared kelp noodles
      Green onions

Sprouted mug beans or peas
Thinly sliced red peppers (optional)
Pour on sauce (moisture of veggies will thin out sauce)
If desired, make some cuts as kelp noodles are very long
