    8  chicken breasts, skinned and cut into bite-size pieces.
    4 oz  Parmesan, freshly grated
    2 tbsp  wholegrain mustard, pref Dalkey
    1/2 pt  cream
    1/2 cup  water
    1/2  chicken stock cube

Combine chicken, Parmesan and mustard in shallow baking dish. Add cream and stock.

Bake in 180C oven for 30 minutes, uncovered.

Serve with rice.
