Chicken Parmesan (Avoca)

8 | chicken breasts, skinned and cut into bite-size pieces. |
4 oz | Parmesan, freshly grated |
2 tbsp | wholegrain mustard, pref Dalkey |
1/2 pt | cream |
1/2 cup | water |
1/2 | chicken stock cube |
Combine chicken, Parmesan and mustard in shallow baking dish. Add cream and stock.
Bake in 180C oven for 30 minutes, uncovered.
Serve with rice.
