Oatmeal Pancakes

| 2 C | old-fashioned oatmeal |
| 2 C | buttermilk |
| 2 | eggs, lightly beaten |
| 1/4 C | butter or margarine, melted and cooled |
| 1/2 C | all-purpose flour |
| 2 T | sugar |
| 1 tsp. | baking powder |
| 1 tsp. | baking soda |
| 1/4 tsp. | salt |
Combine oats and buttermilk and let sit for about 15 minutes. Add eggs and butter. Stir well. Add flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Stir gently. Cook on medium hot grill. Serve with maple syrup.
