I have been craving this for weeks and couldn't wait to make it, I used fresh berries and fresh pineapple and replaced the heavy cream with cool whip light. A perfect summertime dessert to serve at a backyard barbecue. 1 cup | mandarin oranges |
1 cup | fresh pineapple, diced |
1 cup | blueberries |
1 cup | blackberries |
1.5 cup | strawberries, sliced |
2 medium | bananas, sliced |
1/2 cup | chopped walnuts |
4 tbsp | sweetened shredded coconut flakes |
1 cup mini | marshmallows |
8 oz | cool whip light |
Directions:
Combine fruit with cream, coconut, and marshmallows. Chill for 2 hours and serve. Top with nuts.
