Cheesy Cheeseburger Mac

| 1lb | ground beef |
| 1 1/4 cups | water |
| 3/4 cups | milk |
| 1/3 cup | ketchup |
| 1 package | velveeta shells & cheese |
| 1 large | tomato chopped |
| 2 | green onions chopped |
Brown meat & drain. Add milk & ketchup & mix well. Bring to boil. Stir in shell macaroni & return to boil. Cover & simmer medium-low heat 10 minutes. Stir in cheese sauce, tomatoes & onions & cook until heated through.
