Potato casserole

2 cups | shredded cheese |
1 can | cream of chicken soup |
1 cup | sour cream |
1/2 cup | chopped onions |
1/4 cup | melted butter |
1/4 teaspoon | salt |
1/4 teaspoon | pepper |
1 32oz package | hashbrowns |
1 cup | crushed cornflakes |
1 tablespoon | melted butter |
In large bowl combine cheese, soup, Sour cream, onion, 1/4 cup butter, salt & pepper & mix well.
Fold in hashbrowns.
Put mixture in 9x13 inch greased pan. Smash cornflakes & mix with butter then sprinkle over.
Bake @350 for 1 hour.
