Linguini with Cauliflower, garlic and bread crumbs

8 tbsp | Olive Oil |
1 c | fresh bread crumbs |
6 cloves | minced garlic |
6 tbsp | chopped parsley |
1/2 tsp | dried red pepper flakes |
1 tsp | anchovy paste |
1 pound | linguini |
1 head | cauliflower cut into florets |
1 tsp | salt |
1/2 c | grated Parmesan cheese |
In lg frying pan heat 4 tbsp live oil over moderate heat. Add bread crumbs & cook until golden, about 5 min.
Heat 4 tbsp oil over mod heat. Add garlic, parsley & red pepper flakes. Cook stirring for 1 min. Stir in the anchovy paste, remove from heat.
In a lg pot of boiling water cook linguini until almost done. Add the cauliflower & cook about 4 min longer. Drain. Toss w/ garlic mixture, salt, bread crumbs & parmesan cheese. top w/ addditional cheese.
