Tyler's Mom's Pork Tenderloin

1/4 tbs | dried mustard |
1/4 tbs | salt |
pepper | |
2 tbs | butter |
1/2 tsp | Rosemary fresh |
1/4 cup | current jelly |
1 c | heavy cream |
1 tbsp | corn starch |
Rub tenderloin w/ mustard salt & pepper.
Brown meat in butter.
Sprinkle with Rosemary.
Add jelly to skillet long enough to melt. Pour onto tenderloin.
Place in covered dish for 45 minutes at 310 degrees.
Whisk cream corn starch until smooth.
Add to dish and cook additional 15 minutes.
