Chocolate Pots
    1 cup  heavy cream
    7oz.  Semisweet chocolate
    2  egg yolks
    3 Tbls  brandy
    3/4 oz  butter

Heat cream until near boiling. Remove from heat, set aside for 1 minute.
Add chocolate, stirring until melted and smooth. Stir in yolks and brandy. Cool slightly, about 2 to 3 minutes. Add butter, stirring until smooth and shiny. Pour into dessert dishes. Chill 30 to 40 minutes, ( or overnight for extra firm).
