Jamaican brown stew chicken

Brown stew chicken whole chicken cut in pieces juice 1 lime 1 te salt, 1 te black pepper.
    1  onion chopped
    3 stalks  scallion
      green onion, alternative
1 hot pepper scotch bonnet
    1  sweet pepper
    3 cloves  garlic
1/2 inch of ginger
    3  tomatoes
      oil for frying
3 tab of flour stirred in to 1/4 cup of
      water
    3 sprigs  thyme, (or 3 te of dried thyme
1tab butter 1tab of browning 2tab of soy sauce
    2 cups  water
Instructions: wash chicken with lime juice chop all veg into small pieces mix flour into 1/4 cup of water season chicken with salt & pepper
      thyme, garlic,and all veg that was chopped. marinate for 1 hour
remove veg seasoning from chicken and fry chicken in oil until chickens sealed about 5 min. remove chicken and drain off the oil. melt butter in the saucepan and sautée onion scallion and all veg for about 3 minutes.add the water soy sauce and browning and simmer for 5 minutes, then stir the
      flour, water mixture into the stew,

then add chicken and simmer
for 5 minutes, occasionally stirring gently.serve with rice and peas.
