Jamaican brown stew chicken

Brown stew chicken whole chicken cut in pieces juice 1 lime 1 te salt, 1 te black pepper. | |
1 | onion chopped |
3 stalks | scallion |
green onion, alternative | |
1 hot pepper scotch bonnet | |
1 | sweet pepper |
3 cloves | garlic |
1/2 inch of ginger | |
3 | tomatoes |
oil for frying | |
3 tab of flour stirred in to 1/4 cup of | |
water | |
3 sprigs | thyme, (or 3 te of dried thyme |
1tab butter 1tab of browning 2tab of soy sauce | |
2 cups | water |
Instructions: wash chicken with lime juice chop all veg into small pieces mix flour into 1/4 cup of water season chicken with salt & pepper | |
thyme, garlic,and all veg that was chopped. marinate for 1 hour | |
remove veg seasoning from chicken and fry chicken in oil until chickens sealed about 5 min. remove chicken and drain off the oil. melt butter in the saucepan and sautée onion scallion and all veg for about 3 minutes.add the water soy sauce and browning and simmer for 5 minutes, then stir the | |
